Technology
Production begins with the selection of wood that meets technical and aesthetic requirements, being hard, stable, and having a low shrinkage coefficient. The elements from which our products are made consist of solid wood arranged in layers and then compressed. Wood bonded in this way exhibits very high shape stability even in changing temperature and humidity conditions. This construction significantly reduces the natural movement of wood. Layers of solid wood are connected with a special waterproof glue that ensures complete tightness.
We offer two types of finishes. One of them is impregnation through oiling, and the other through varnishing.
For the first type of finish, to ensure the high quality and naturalness of our products, surfaces are protected with special oil waxes made from natural ingredients. These impregnants are resistant to dirt and wear and are environmentally friendly without the use of chemicals. Such a product is pure nature that can find its place in any bathroom.
The second method we apply is full varnishing of the washbasin. Unlike oiling, varnish does not penetrate the interior of the wood. It remains on its surface, creating an external protective layer. Varnish protects the wood from damage, dirt, and moisture. The washbasin is fully covered with clear varnish, which closes the pores of the wood, making the washbasin fully waterproof.
CONSERVATION
Keeping it clean is very easy and enjoyable. Simply rinse the sink with water and wipe it dry after each use. We recommend cleaning with a soft microfiber cloth and a non-aggressive detergent, such as soapy water. USING AGGRESSIVE DETERGENTS THAT MAY DAMAGE THE VARNISH IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
TYPES OF WOOD
Meranti
Meranti is wood from hardwood trees of the Shorea genus, originating from Malaysia and Indonesia. It is one of the densest wood species, with its density ranging from 500 kg/m3 to 1050 kg/m3, depending on the species. Meranti is a diverse wood because the tree from which it is obtained comes in numerous variations. It generally has fibers that run parallel and straight, but it comes in various colors, including shades of pink-brown, dark brown, yellow, red, and olive. The lumber from this wood species is practically free of knots, enhancing its aesthetic value

Sapelli
Sapele Mahogany, also known as abudikoro or sapele, is a large tree that reaches approximately 45 meters in height and around 2.0 meters in diameter (above the stump). It is found in the region of the West Coast of Africa – from Ivory Coast, through Ghana and Nigeria, to Cameroon, as well as in Uganda and Tanzania. The sapwood is yellowish-white, and the heartwood is initially pinkish right after cutting, darkening to typical mahogany shades of reddish-cinnamon-brown. The grain is subtly marked.
Applications: Veneers, furniture, flooring, doors, interior fittings, high-quality carpentry, and shipbuilding.
Specific Gravity: 690 kg/m3 at a moisture content of 12-15%
Bilinga
Bilinga, also known as badi, is a wood species obtained from trees growing in Equatorial Africa. Due to its color, it has earned the name 'yellow wood.’ The warm, honey-like tones have gained this species many enthusiasts, including in Poland. It is important to note that bilinga wood has natural tendencies to darken over time. To prevent this, regular oiling with products containing UV filters is recommended. Another characteristic feature of this species is its intriguing structure, with intricate and uneven fibers.
Bilinga is a structural wood used in both land and marine construction. It is employed in the building of bridges, boats, and wagons, and it also enjoys significant popularity among individual customers. It is used for building facades, solid and veneered furniture, aforementioned decking boards, and flooring. Additionally, it finds application in the production of windows and doors.
Specific Gravity: 760 kg/m3 at a moisture content of 12-15%.
Iroko
Iroko wood is sourced from trees growing in the forests of Africa, including Cameroon, Nigeria, Uganda, Ethiopia, Mozambique, and Ivory Coast.
One of the highly valued properties of iroko wood is its resistance to atmospheric conditions. This makes it suitable for building facades, external stairs, benches, and outdoor furniture. Elements for both the interior and exterior of ships, including those in direct contact with water, are also crafted from this wood. Iroko is also used in the production of furniture and floorboards that can be laid in kitchens or bathrooms.
Specific Gravity: 690 kg/m3 at a moisture content of 12-15%.
American Oak
It occurs naturally in southeastern Canada (in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec) and the eastern part of the United States.
General Characteristics – American White Oak, in color and appearance, closely resembles European Oak. The sapwood is of a light color, while the heartwood is light to dark brown. American White Oak is mostly straight-grained, with a medium to coarse texture.
Specific Gravity: 770 kg/m3 (12%)
PADOUK
It is found in rainforests in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Gabon, Nigeria, Zaire, and Cameroon, among other regions. It is characterized by shades of red and a sweet, almond-like fragrance. Its structure is more reminiscent of the popular mahogany. The specific gravity of this species is 790 kg/m3 at a moisture content of 12-15%. Its resistance to external conditions, mold, and fungi, as well as its durability, make it versatile. Padouk wood is commonly used in the production of solid and veneered furniture. Unique stairs and floors are crafted from padouk wood, as well as boat decks.
